The monthly rate is determined based on the client’s requested services as well as the volume of transactions.  The rate is determined based on information discovered during the free call.

During the free call we will discuss the nature of your business.  What goals do you have for your business?  What services are you looking for?   Once we understand you and your business we review your current QuickBooks account.  We will use the information that we discovered and pair along with your goals to determine a monthly fee.  We will discuss in detail how we can help you, if we believe we are a good fit to work together.  You ultimately decide if you want to work with us.  You can contact us via this form to set up a free call.

Yes, once a client signs a contract with us, we provide them with multiple ways of contacting us.  We also schedule regular meetings. The frequency of the meetings is dependent on what level of service the client selects.  Even at the lowest level of service, the client has multiple ways to contact us

Yes, currently we only work with clients that use QuickBooks Online.  This allows us to work from home and not at a client’s office.  It helps us to answer client questions from anywhere as well as keep our rates low.

Yes, we will help you determine which level of QuickBooks online that you need.  We will also help you move your data from your current platform to QuickBooks.

Yes.  Having QuickBooks Online allows me to work remotely instead of coming into your office.  Additionally, QuickBooks is phasing out the support and updates by May 2027. Intuits strategy is to focus on cloud-based solutions and reduce maintenance costs for older desktop software.  It is easy to import the desktop information into the online version of QuickBooks so all your history will be saved.

We do not have a particular sized organization that we choose to work with.  We have worked with small one person companies that are making under $100k a year up to companies that are making multi million dollars with many employees.  We do not have a minimum or maximum size requirement.

Lila has 30+ years of experience in the accounting profession.  Her experience goes way beyond bookkeeping which makes her bookkeeping business unique.  Lila has worked as a bookkeeper, accountant, senior accountant, financial/budget analyst, payroll manager and Fiscal Director.  Lila's experience includes non-profits and for profits in various industries, such as CPA Firms, golf courses, television, transportation, real estate, health care and legal industries.  Lila not only know how to maintain your books but she also knows how to interpret a client’s financial statements so that they can make sound decisions.  Additionally, Lila has presented financial reports to management and Boards of multiple companies.
